This Privacy Policy describes how Masked Proxies ("Masked Proxies", "we", "us", or "our"), a service operated by Paragon Peak LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform.

Discord account information when you connect Discord
Billing information (processed and stored by Stripe; we receive limited metadata)
Purchase history and invoice records
Usage metrics (bandwidth consumed, request counts, error rates)
Device and browser information (IP address, user agent, timezone)
Support communications and ticket history

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not inspect, log, or store the contents of your proxy traffic, and we do not track or record your browsing activity through the proxy network. We only measure aggregate bandwidth consumption for billing and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
To process payments and deliver purchased bandwidth
To provide customer support
To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse
To improve product features and reliability
To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, account notices)
To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

4. Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with vetted sub-processors strictly as needed to operate the Service:

Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — authentication and database hosting
Email delivery providers — transactional and authentication emails
Analytics providers — aggregate product analytics
Hosting and infrastructure providers — application and network delivery

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary thereafter for legal, operational, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, and security purposes. Operational logs are retained for up to 30 days.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Where legally applicable, you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information by contacting support@maskedproxies.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests and may retain certain data as required by law.

8. International Transfers

The Service operates globally. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data-protection laws.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
