Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Masked Proxies ("Masked Proxies", "we", "us", or "our"), a service operated by Paragon Peak LLC.

1. Digital Services

Bandwidth is a digital consumable product. Once delivered, bandwidth is available immediately for use through your account.

2. General Rule

All sales are final. Because bandwidth is a digital consumable delivered instantly to your account, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

3. No Refund Eligibility

No purchases are eligible for refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unused or partially used bandwidth
• User error or accidental purchases
• Misconfiguration of proxy settings, scripts, or tooling
• Bans, blocks, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms or websites
• Incompatibility with specific platforms, services, or use cases
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
• Verified service failures (credits or replacement bandwidth may be offered at our sole discretion, but not monetary refunds)

4. Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Loss of future purchasing privileges
