Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 10% of your purchased bandwidth and have not violated our Acceptable Use Policy.

Non-Refundable

Bandwidth that has already been consumed, accounts terminated for policy violations, and renewals processed more than 7 days prior are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@maskedproxies.com from the address associated with your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly all billing concerns directly and quickly.
