By accessing or using Masked Proxies (the "Service"), operated by Paragon Peak LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, fraud, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that violates the rights of others.

3. Account & Billing

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All plans are prepaid and billed by bandwidth consumed. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.

4. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paragon Peak LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
